We are looking for a dedicated RV Technician to join our Auckland Rentals team in New Zealand.About the Role:As a RV Technician, you will ensure that our vehicles are serviced, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations by delivering top-notch vehicle presentation and functionality.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, and wheel balancing.
  • Test drive vehicles to verify serviceability and adjust controls and systems as needed.
  • Comply with legal vehicle requirements and company standards.
  • Participate in educational opportunities to stay updated on industry knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and managers.
  • Contribute to group discussions and raise ideas for improvement.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures and report any incidents or hazards.
What We're Looking For:
  • Mechanical aptitude or a passion for automotive, 12-volt electrical, electronics, or similar fields (experience is a plus but not essential).
  • A minimum of a Restricted Driver's License.
  • High attention to detail and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and embrace change.
  • Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to work.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work autonomously.
