You will have a strong customer-centric focus and excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage complex facilities environments and engage with diverse stakeholders.The ideal candidate will demonstrate:Proven experience in managing the delivery of maintenance services.Proficiency in using Maintenance Management Systems.Strong contractor management skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships.Solid understanding of building materials, plans, and manuals, as well as financial management capabilities.Experience in minor project management and a sound understanding of building and health and safety legislative requirements.Strong administrative and time management skills.
