Mō te tūranga | About the RoleWe are seeking Registry Officers to join our BTNZ team which is the investment arm of Westpac in New Zealand, and one of New Zealand’s leading fund managers. BTNZ’s core business is the provision of investment and superannuation products for New Zealanders. The Registry Officer role plays a key role in the delivery of BTNZ’s investment products to our customers. The role sits within the BTNZ Operations team and is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of unit registry services.Accurate and timely payment processing of Managed Fund transactionsManaging Direct Debits and regular withdrawals and dishonoursDaily pricing and funding activities including interaction with Investment Ops team and service providersSending and monitoring government contribution claims and clawbacks to IRD for KiwiSaver customersAccounts reconciliation and B2B administrationCustomer Account/Data maintenance/updatesReporting on registry operations and customer accountsHandling enquiries from Internal and External stakeholdersNā tāu rourou | What will you bring?Excellent customer service skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of Managed Fund productsKnowledge of Registry processesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent organisational and time planning skillsAbility to work under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookManaging and prioritising multiple tasks, raising issues before they become criticalHigh level of accuracy and speed with data inputHonesty, integrity and reliabilityThis is a wonderful opportunity to develop your career with Westpac.
