Job Description Khalsa Fencing Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to oversee our diverse range of fencing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery within specified timelines and budgets. The Project Manager will lead a team of professionals, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.**Responsibilities:**
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and procurement processes effectively.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and present project reports, presentations, and other deliverables to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.**Requirements:**- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Fresher or 1 year experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction or fencing industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid or overseas driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
