• Gather, clean, and analyse procurement data
• Identify high volume or high-cost equipment categories with savings potential
• Produce dashboards/reports to support decision making
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new supplier options
• Review and map current supplier performance
• Develop and document procurement strategies for various equipment categories
• Identify key supplier negotiation options and contract development to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency, including new supplier agreements
• End to end procurement process on equipment tenders which could include RFQ's and/or ROI/RFP's
• Engage with all facets of the organisation to validate and understand needs

• Degree or relevant qualification/significant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related/s field is essential
• Strong market analysis and supplier engagement skills
• Experience developing procurement strategies with measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to generate cost savings through strategic procurement
• Comfortable working with data, analytics tools, and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Knowledge of procurement rules and best practices
• CIPS or equivalent certification preferred (not essential).
