We celebrate cultural diversity, strong whānau connections, and a deep respect for the environment as an Enviroschool, where sustainable practices and mātauranga Māori are woven into our daily teaching.We are looking for a qualified part-time kaiako to join our vibrant and multicultural team, fostering a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment for tamariki aged 2-5 years. About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a registered and certificated ECE kaiako who is passionate about tamariki-led, play-based learning. You will work 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday) in a collaborative and well-resourced environment, helping to nurture tamariki, build meaningful connections with whānau, and foster a love for learning.We welcome applications from kaiako who:

Have a deep understanding of play-based learning and tamariki-led exploration
Build strong and trusting relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues
Are committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, leading and embedding bicultural practices
Have strong planning, assessment, and documentation skills
Use ICT as a teaching tool to extend learning opportunities
Foster an inclusive and culturally responsive environment
Are passionate about nature, sustainability, and environmental education
