Are you an experienced automotive or industrial spray painter looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in Palmerston North? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-owned manufacturer of high-quality agricultural equipment. With one of their long-serving team members heading overseas, there's an immediate opening for the right person to join their tight-knit, hands-on crew.About the role:You'll be part of a small, experienced team responsible for prepping and spray painting large agricultural machinery and components. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who takes pride in producing clean, durable finishes and enjoys working in a practical, down-to-earth environment.What's in it for you?

Responsibilities:
Prepping surfaces (sanding, priming, bolting components)
Spray painting machinery and metal parts to a high standard
Using hand tools to finish and detail components
Sandblasting - experience a bonus, not essential
Maintaining a tidy and safe workspace

What are we looking for?

Proven experience in industrial or automotive spray painting
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in quality workmanship
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice check
