- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrician with a focus on heating, cooling, and air conditioning
- Relevant electrical trade qualification
- Familiarity with a variety of HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
