As well as supporting a knowledgeable team, this role is accountable for:

Customer satisfaction - Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships. Driving staff capabilities to provide strong service and solutions to our customers.
Overseeing branch goals - Achieving sales and margin targets, maximising revenue, and managing costs.
Maximising product and service sales opportunities whilst optimising inventory and Health & Safety compliance.

With a natural ability to lead others and a successful track record in sales and customer service, you will go far in our organisation.

You'll have an agile approach to identify growth opportunities in emerging markets.
Working collaboratively with a dedicated focus on driving results, you'll be a strong motivator to the team.
You'll already be operating at an established manager level with substantial industry experience or similar transferrable sales experience.
