We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our civil construction team. You'll be operating a CAT 12M Grader equipped with GPS machine control, supporting critical civil works and roading projects.
This role is best suited to a skilled operator who takes pride in precision grading, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to delivering quality results on time.What We're Looking For
- Proven civil construction operator experience, with strong knowledge of site safety standards.
- Hands-on experience operating CAT 12M graders (or equivalent) with GPS/machine-control systems
- Demonstrated ability in final trim grading with accuracy and efficiency.
- Current and valid driver's licence (WTR endorsement highly advantageous).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on site.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and available for immediate start.
