- Assist with preparing and presenting food
- Prepare food for service
- Portion and plate food for service
- Assist with vegetable and salad preparation
- Adhere to site food safety plan Maintain clean & tidy dining/kitchen areas
- Skills & experience / About you
- Sweep and Mop floors , Clean, Ensuring hygiene and washing dishes
- Clean, sanitise and store equipment
- Handle waste and linen
- Clean and Maintain public areas
- Receive and rotate stock
- You will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
- Ideally you will already have some experience working in a commercial kitchen
- You will have superior customer service skills
- Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
