He angitūtanga / The opportunity:We are looking for two enthusiastic Cleaning Assistant to work at our site in St Cuthberts College, Epsom. This is a casual role and hours of work are on "as and when" required basis, dependent upon business needs.Ko o kawenga/Your responsibilities:
  • Cleaning of the rooms as well as the general areas (including bathrooms, toilets, rooms and offices).
  • Vacuuming and polishing floors and emptying rubbish.
  • Maintaining and storing cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Manage cleaning duties in a timely manner
  • Adhere to health, safety and security procedures.

  • You will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Ideally you will already have some experience working in commercial cleaning and
  • You will have a flexible attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • You will be fit and capable of physical activity as some lifting is involved.
