We are seeking a results-oriented Territory Manager to join our team in the Lower North Island.Reporting to the Northern Regional Field Manager. you will play a pivotal role in maximising sales and profitability in your assigned territory. By nurturing existing accounts and executing impactful promotional programs, you will ensure superior in-store execution and drive sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute sales functions efficiently, aligning with company objectives and policies
  • Implement strategic sales plans to enhance distribution, presence, and displays in the territory
  • Meet or exceed financial targets, driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize sales procedures
  • Foster strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service
To be successful you will need the following:
  • Proven experience in the FMCG industry, demonstrating your understanding of its dynamics
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering long-term partnerships with customers
  • Results-driven mindset, combined with a collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
  • Proficiency in MS Suite and utilising technology, including iPad, for efficient business reporting
