| - |Lead a large new commercial grade project in central Wellington for a national construction business with room to progress.Join an experienced team with the right balance of systems to deliver quality buildings without being slowed by admin and multiple layers of management.This multistory building offers a number of technical challenges and requires an experienced Project Manager who is able to manage diverse stakeholder relationships, support design coordination, develop critical path programmes and then lead a large site team through the delivery of foundations, structure, and facades with a focus on contract management, reporting and risk management.This is a rare opportunity to take on a significant project from start to finish with the team and resources to ensure its success. For the right person there is a great opportunity to move towards a more senior role supporting the Regional Manager on leadership and new business.Experience
Extensive Project Management experience from a Tier 1 / 2 contractor
Success delivering large building/commercial projects
Experience with design coordination / management advantageous
Good NZ contracts & building experience
Proven planning & programming skills (MS project)
Excellent communication and relationship ability
Trade or tertiary qualifications
