Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to diverse, high-profile projects while working alongside experienced leaders in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Manage multiple projects through planning, design, procurement, and construction phases
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Oversee programming, risk, quality assurance, and cost management
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting
- Support client engagement and represent the company in key meetings
- Maintain a strong focus on outcomes, accountability, and continuous improvement
- 3+ years of NZ-based experience in project management consultancy
- Proven experience in vertical build sectors
- A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Building Science
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships
