
Personal Assistant - Audit

- Anticipating and coordinating flights, accommodation and meeting arrangements
- Event coordination - roughly 10 events per year
- Deal proactively with incoming correspondence/enquiries and respond as appropriate
- Produce high quality complex documents
- Develop and maintain effective and efficient office systems
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required
- Working with the other support team members across the business
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, regularly act on own initiative
- Exercise confidentiality, discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role
- Build network of strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Experience working within a professional services/large corporate environment would be advantageous
