We are one team united by being part of something bigger – to bring the best of life to our residents.Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to join our care team as a Clinical Nurse Lead, at our Napier village. Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, this role will help to provide leadership, support, and clinical guidance to our incredible Care Centre team.Responsibilities:
  • Assist in providing clinical guidance, day to day direction, and leadership to the Care Centre team.
  • Working closely with Care Centre Manager to help support safe operation of the care team.
  • Active involvement with the Summerset quality management programme.
This is a permanent full-time role, working Tuesday to Saturday, 8.00am to 4.30pm.QualificationsAbout you:
  • A Registered Nurse with recognised expertise in the provision of clinical oversight.
  • A team player who is passionate to support, train and develop the Caregiving team.
  • A skilled communicator with a proven ability to build positive relationships.
  • An InterRAI trained Nurse who can complete and oversee clinical assessments and care planning.
