You will:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities on-site, including managing personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to achieve project milestones and resolve issues.
  • Monitor work progress and quality, providing guidance and support to team member

You'll easily be able to deal with unexpected events and provide direction to your team. You'll couple this with:
  • A Class 2 drivers' licence with a WTR endorsement will be highly regarded
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with unexpected events whilst provide direction
  • A flexible work approach, as no two days are the same
  • Organised and systematic approach to your working environment
  • Effective communication skills, you'll be able to easily chat with your crew and engage with clients and senior managers
