- Operate roller safely and efficiently on site
- Assist with general labouring and site preparation as needed
- Follow site instructions and adhere to health & safety protocols
- Carry out basic maintenance checks on equipment
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crew
- Proven experience operating rollers in a civil or construction setting
- WTR endorsement and full NZ driver's licence
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and overtime when required
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and provide references
- Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
- Own transport to get to and from the yard
