Job Description:About the RoleAre you passionate about data-driven insights to drive process excellence? Join us as a Process Performance Analyst, where you'll join a team in the Digital Unit focused on improving and maximising the use of digital systems and business processes to deliver real business value. Your mission is to analyse and monitor process performance using process mining tools, as well as delivering insights that drive continuous improvement and digital optimisation across Synlait.Key Responsibilities

Conduct process mining and analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Deliver regular process performance reporting and insights, aligned with organisational priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic outcomes and measure benefits.
Support digital projects with baselining, scenario modelling, simulations for proposed changes and value realisation metrics.
Work closely with technical teams (SAP, Integration, Data Governance, Analytics) to ensure data quality.
Maintain process mining standards and train users on Synlait's SAP Signavio platform.

Skills and Experience

3-5 years' experience in process analysis, BI, or digital transformation-ideally in manufacturing or supply chain.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and a strong business acumen, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain or industrial environments.
Hands-on experience with process mining tools (i.e. Signavio) preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
