Support the delivery of transmission and distribution projects for public and private sector clients throughout NZ and Australia.
Act as Design Manager, Technical Lead or Lead Verifier on a range of projects.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop innovative, practical engineering solutions while proactively managing client expectations and ensure timely project delivery.
Coach and mentor graduates and early-career professionals to strengthen technical capability and support professional development within the team.

A bachelor's degree in electrical or power systems engineering (or equivalent).
A minimum of 10 years' experience in substation design, including HV underground cable and switchroom design, ideally within New Zealand.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver high quality outcomes within tight timeframes.
