Motivate and manage the team to maintain advanced knowledge.
Prioritize code quality and security.

Requirements:

10+ years of software development experience.
2+ years managing technical professionals.
In-depth knowledge of programming languages and technologies.
Proven experience in software development.
Strong cloud capabilities (preferably AWS)
Ability to build effective relationships.
Experience with code testing, code coverage, and code quality processes.
