This is a permanent, full-time role ideally based in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland, but we're also open to applicants in Te Whanganui-a-Tara/Wellington or Ōtautahi/Christchurch.Our RoleThe Senior Group Partnership Manager is responsible for implementing and executing our group business strategy. In this role you will be helping develop, review, implement, and manage the strategy to grow our Group Scheme segment and opportunities across the distribution channels at Chubb Life.This role requires you to leverage your extensive group market networks and expertise to enable success. This role is outcome focused and works with all our Chubb Life teams to ensure a transparent and seamless delivery and customer focused end to end solutions.A core objective of the Senior Group Partnership Manager is to introduce and deliver profitable group schemes to Chubb Life and will require implementation of interpersonal, negotiation and relationship skills to deliver on the strategy.Our Ideal Candidate
  • A background in the insurance industry, with at least 7 years of industry related knowledge
  • Group insurance relationship experience. A demonstrated ability in leading and managing group scheme initiatives, particularly in relation to Broker and distribution business
  • Ability to work independently to achieve ambitious business targets and goals
  • Strong industry relationships with understanding of historical practices, motivations & personalities
