We're on the lookout for a detail-driven Estimator / Quantity Surveyor based in Hamilton, highlighting opportunities for an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor - Hamilton to support the delivery of innovative, large-scale infrastructure projects. If you are aiming to specialise as an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor - Hamilton, this could be the role for you.The RoleAs a key member of the commercial team, you'll be responsible for:

Preparing competitive and accurate tenders and cost estimates, which is essential for those keen on being an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor - Hamilton.
Supporting project cost control and forecasting
Assisting with budgets, subcontractor pricing, and material take-offs
Working closely with Contract Managers to ensure project success from concept to completion

About YouWe're after someone who thrives in a dynamic team environment and brings:

A relevant qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying, ideal for an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor - Hamilton role
At least 3 years of NZ-based experience in civil construction estimating
A sharp eye for detail, backed by strong analytical and numerical skills
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
A collaborative mindset with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
High proficiency in MS Excel and other estimating tools
Residency or the right to work in New Zealand
