You'll enjoy the stability of an employed role with the autonomy to shape your practice - plus the reassurance of having a team behind you.What you can expectWork shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced colleagues across counselling, psychology, psychotherapy, and general healthcare to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy.Some responsibilities may include:

Completing comprehensive assessments & developing tailored support plans
Delivering treatment and rehabilitation specific to each client's needs
Providing trauma-informed care, risk and crisis intervention
Collaborating with wider health professionals to ensure continuity of care

What we are looking for

Registered clinicians with a current APC (counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists)
Registered with ACC for Sensitive Claims
Prior experience within the New Zealand healthcare system
Proven use of evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, mindfulness, etc.)
Experience working with sensitive claims or similar trauma-informed practice
Compassionate, culturally aware, and committed to supporting others
