- Liaise with external Accountant for preparation of year end accounts and tax requirements.
- Processing Retention payments
- Preparing monthly P&L reports and flash reports for the owner
- Preparing GST reports & payments, bi-monthly & FBT returns
- Managing the Receptionist/Accounts Payable officer
- Monitoring Accounts payables & Receivables & Follow up on outstanding debtors.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Supplier reconciliation
- Payroll: Processing weekly wages & Monthly salaries including IRD requirements and managing contracts of employments, setting up new staff and movements in employees.
- Processing all insurance claims and managing the annual renewal process with the insurance broker
- Managing the car fleet
- Payments & remittance advice
- Managing Cashflow
- Accounting for Intercompany loans
- Setting up new debtors & creditors accounts
- Overseeing the insurances & insurance renewals on vehicles & properties
- Involved in the body corporate for the 3 properties.
- Overseeing the office cleaning & general upkeep
- Organising Social Club finances & event and yearend events
- Arranging tradesman for rental properties
- Supporting the wider management team with adhoc related tasks
- Ability to multitask & follow processes.
- Good sense of humour
- Reliable & trustworthy
- Any experience or knowledge on retentions would be advantageous.
