The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.Required Skills:- Proven experience as a machine operator.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating excavators, loaders, graders
- Experience in civil construction or road maintenance
