It's an exciting time ahead.Being a part of the Customer and Insights team, you’ll analyze customer data to guide internal decision-making. Your role involves setting up, managing, and analyzing research projects to provide deep and actionable insights for the relevant stakeholders. These insights will support Chorus in its customer-focused strategy.Reporting to the Market and Customer Insights Manager, you will be taking a proactive approach which will encompass three key areas:Quantitative / Qualitative Research - Working closely with teams across our business to provide an understanding of telecommunication users supporting product ideation, messaging, and go-to-market efforts. You will provide insights into consumer behaviours and trends, new product development, evolution of existing product propositions, brand measurement, advertising and long-term strategic consideration vs. alternate technologies.Customer Experience Measurement - Working closely with different Programmes of Work, you will identify and test hypotheses for new initiatives.Regulatory end-user Consultation – Chorus is a regulated organisation therefore you will work closely with relevant teams to design and operationalise our regulatory end-user consultations by providing relevant insights.Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will bring extensive years of experience in market and customer insights with a successful track record in consumer and market research planning and analysis, initiating and managing primary research projects that deliver successful strategic and commercial outcomes. You'll have strength in analysing and synthesising complex data into actionable strategic, marketing and commercial propositions, coupled with the experience of leading data driven decision making.You have an excellent understanding of Customer Satisfaction NPS frameworks and platforms, and your ability to define frameworks for cross journey/channel customer experience measurement. Your ability to connect with others, convey ideas effectively (both written and verbal), and collaborate seamlessly will be instrumental in achieving success.We look for capability and welcome and embrace endless potential.
