Serving a diverse community of 500,000 monthly users, we are dedicated to facilitating the discovery and implementation of exceptional design and construction solutions.The RoleAs a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our sales operations, playing a crucial role in managing our client relationships, optimising sales processes, and ensuring the success of our subscription model. You will leverage our CRM system, HubSpot, to streamline communication, automate follow-ups, and analyse performance data to drive sales, renewals, and retention.Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and optimise sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the sales department.
  • Manage and analyse client data using HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions, subscriptions, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain segmentation strategies for personalised client communication and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Oversee automation of communication for renewals, client follow-ups, and engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for subscription upgrades or renewals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular training and updates to the sales team on HubSpot features and best practices.
  • Analyse sales and client data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales effectiveness, client retention, and overall revenue growth.
  • Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement by implementing feedback loops and encouraging innovation in sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role, preferably in a tech or subscription-based environment.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot, with strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on efficiency and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
