👖 Uniform: Provided - long-longs requiredWe're looking for a capable and confident Sub-contractor Lead & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Burnham. In this role, you'll take charge of coordinating subcontractors, overseeing on-site maintenance work, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from job issue to completion.🔧 Key Tasks:Coordinate subcontractors and jobsTrack progress using WMS (Work Management System)Ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are metCommunicate with teams and provide updates✅ You'll Need:Clear criminal history and be able to pass a drug test * NZ Citizen or Resident - with valid working rightsReliable transport to/from BurnhamExperience in dealing with contractors, maintenance or coordinationConfident using MS Office, and Teams, experience with WMS or similar job management system a huge bonusGreat communication and people skillsAble to manage challenges and problem-solve💼 What We Offer:Supportive team and varied roleUniform provided - long-longs are requiredReal responsibility from day oneSound like you?
