We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team our client in an exciting fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting the head chef in overseeing all aspects of food operations, coordinate food preparation and ensure high standards of quality and consistency as well as collaborate with the wider culinary team.Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
