In every aspect of our work, we are committed to helping whānau be the best they can be.He kōrero mō te tūranga | The RoleMultisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence-based, intensive, and short-term treatment model that empowers whānau to reduce youth offending, improve school attendance, and support at risk rangatahi to remain with their whānau.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify ecological strengths and challenges.
  • Developing treatment plans and interventions grounded in MST principles.
  • Partnering with whānau and key stakeholders to address barriers and ensure safety plans are in place.
  • Provide on-call support to MST clients as part of a collaborative team approach.
  • Engaging in regular supervision and professional development to ensure high-quality service delivery.
The salary offered for this role is $86,202.35 - $102,000.00 per annum (placement within this band is based on qualifications and experience).He kōrero mōu | About YouTo thrive in this role, you will have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or a related field, along with relevant clinical training.
  • Current full registration with a professional body such as SWRB, NZPB, Occupational Therapy NZ, NZ Medical Council, or DAPAANZ.
  • Proficiency in applying family systems theory, CBT, and other behaviourally based approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse groups.
  • A full New Zealand driver's licence.
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
