We believe in a responsible and safe mindset that takes care of our customers, products, and fellow employees.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Project Solutions Engineer (APAC) who will take ownership of the technical outcomes of customer projects across the region. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with both customers and our project team to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions that meet contractual requirements.You'll play a key part in ensuring projects run to plan, safeguarding customer satisfaction, margin control, timelines, and quality standards. Your focus will be on creating solutions that are technically compliant, effective, and trusted by our customers.At TOMRA, our Project Delivery team is as passionate about customers as they are about technology. Together, we're committed to ensuring our products and technical services not only meet expectations but also protect and enhance our customers' brands.Key Responsibilities:Technical Design: Create detailed layouts and machine models (2D/3D), specify and order equipment, and support project commissioning.
Project Documentation: Coordinate and deliver high-quality documentation, track progress, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Customer & Supplier Engagement: Build trusted relationships with customers and suppliers, providing technical support and professional guidance.
Solutions Engineering: Collaborate with sales to prepare accurate proposals, validate assumptions, and identify risks.
Project Delivery: Design, engineer, and implement customer solutions on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.QualificationsAbout you:
  • Tertiary qualification in an engineering-related discipline is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in both an open office environment and industrial customer worksites.
  • 3-7 years of experience in a technical project environment.
  • Experience leading and collaborating within project teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
  • Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid passport for travel.
  • Ability to drive without restrictions in your country of residence.
