- Develop and implement the Foodservice Traditional channel strategy
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify areas of growth and opportunity
- Consider long term strategic goals and short-term tactical levers to influence sales volume and profitability
- Develop compelling new-customer acquisition campaigns
- Track and understand customer churn, and deliver initiatives to minimize
- Rapidly expand our product portfolio to drive incremental, long-term growth
- Experience inspiring high-performing teams to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Strategic & Commercial Agility – Proven experience in the development & execution of 3–5 year channel strategies
- Exceptional commercial skills (comprehensive understanding of end-to-end P&L from Revenue to NPAT)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into action
- An understanding of NZ Route Retail and/or Foodservice markets would be ideal
