Devanning is very physical and will require the candidate to be on their feet for long hours and heavy lifting will also be involved as the stock varies in weight and size.To be successful you will:
Be physically fit.
Be able to do repetitive lifting up to 20kg.
Have high accuracy and attention to detail.
Have the ability to work with high volume and work under pressure.
Ideally you will:
Have an ability to understand instructions and directions.
Show reliability and good communication.
Work well in a team environment.
