It is a fixed-term opportunity starting from April 2 2024 to April 2 2025.In this role, you will not only utilize your extensive experience in nursing but also your enthusiasm for educating and mentoring the next generation of nurses. Working five days a fortnight the Nurse Educator is a part of the Practice Development Group based and will work closely with the RN Coach and CNM ACU to design and deliver education to the Nursing team.As a designated Senior Nurse role, this will enable and support health system transformation to achieve the aims of Te Pae Tata (Interim New Zealand Health Plan) and Te Toi Ahorangi.Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty are committed to improving Māori health outcomes and achieving health equity for Māori.
