Reporting to the Civil Department Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations across a variety of work and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Ultimately, this role will see you play a key role in the continued growth of the department and will allow you to contribute to the good work we are known for.In addition to the above you will:

Managing a team of consisting of forepersons, operators, and crew members
Allocating resources efficiently for optimal utilisation
Troubleshooting challenging projects and delivering quality work

5-10 years of industry experience
Experience working with Project Managers to set and monitor productivities
Strong customer focus and the ability to interface with client and engineers on all site related matters
Experience with subcontractor management
An unwavering commitment towards living safely with a safety record to match
