Specialist Medicine in the Cancer, Specialist Medicine & Community Group at Wellington Hospital is seeking an administrator to provide support to the Operations Manager for Specialist Medicine Manager, as well as support for a Clinical Director and the wider team. We require someone who enjoys a wide variety of tasks, has initiative and can prioritise their work.

If you are an organised individual with at least 2 years administration/PA experience, this interesting role could be for you.

Duties
  • Diary management
  • Meeting co-ordination, including minute taking
  • HR Administration
  • Travel arrangements
  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Other admin responsibilities, including providing support for our doctors
Skills and experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity, including treating confidential information appropriately
