Then read on.The opportunity:Join our dynamic team as we have two exciting opportunities available: Strategic Accounts Manager and Strategic Accounts BDM. As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you'll lead support to our Retail Strategic Accounts, while the Strategic Accounts BDM will work in partnership with identified strategic accounts to improve the end-to-end risk sales process. Both roles offer the chance to make a significant impact on our business growth and strategic objectives.Key responsibilities for both roles include:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within Strategic Groups and AIAIdentifying opportunities for sales development and solutions that contribute to strategic accounts' business objectivesCollaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve targeted growth objectivesFacilitating training requirements and enhancing capability of advisers and strategic accounts staffGenerating ideas for marketing campaigns and contributing to sales planning processesEngaging in forums with Heads of Strategic Accounts groups to enable planning and support differentiationChampioning attachment and activation of AIA VitalitySupporting the implementation of projects and initiatives to drive business growthGenerating and analysing reporting on current and future sales activity.Ideally, you’ll bring:Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsSuperior relationship management experience and risk management skillsExperience in account management or similar roles within financial services, with a track record of meeting targetsA knack for analysing industry trends and turning insights into practical strategiesAbility to manage shifting priorities and timeframes effectivelyCoaching, influencing, and problem resolution skillsExperience in workshop facilitation, presentation, and training.Adaptability to changing environments and a proactive approach to making an impactUnderstanding of risk, conduct, and compliance in financial services, with a strategic mindset to navigate them effectively.Why choose AIA?At AIA, we believe in empowering every one of our people to find their 'better'.
