- Manage the day-to-day running of the Deli Department
- Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and production
- Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver great teamwork and service
- Oversee stock levels and inventory management
- Rostering and scheduling staff to meet business needs
- Ensure food safety and health & safety standards are met at all times
- Build strong connections with customers by providing outstanding service
- Use in-store systems for stock control and reporting
- Previous leadership experience in a deli or fresh foods
- Strong knowledge of deli products and food preparation
- Organised, efficient, and confident working in a busy setting
- A positive leader who can inspire, support, and guide others
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- SAP experience
- Customer-focused with great communication skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and calm under pressure
