We are Betta Inspect It, a thriving brand within Betta Group, New Zealand's largest property inspection company. We are your local building inspection experts. We specialise in pre-purchase & pre-sale house inspections with our comprehensive reports providing our clients with the right information to enable them to make well-informed property decisions.With this in mind, we are now on the hunt for a qualified builder, or building surveyor, who possesses a formal building qualification (Trade Cert, Apprenticeship or LBP), or someone with a degree as a Building Surveyor or similar, from a recognised Tertiary Institute.This role is quite unique, in that it has a hands on component of inspections across our service range, but also relationship building requirements, to ensure that private and government led contracts, are maintained, retained, and serviced in a professional and efficient manner. We rely on repeat business and referrals, and this will be part of your role, to ensure these continue to flow in.As our ideal applicant, we believe you'll possess:

An eye for detail, and an inquisitive mindset, we need you to see what 'is wrong' and bring this to the table for our clients
