About the roleAs a key member of our team, you'll take charge of roading projects including, drainage, pavement, and earthworks. Your role will involve:
Supervising a dedicated team of 3-4 crew members
Taking a hands-on approach, spending majority of your time on-site
Monitoring and managing project progress, costs, and timeframes
Overseeing all stages of the project to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
About youWe're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Solid background in roading construction
Proven leadership potential with the ability to manage a team effectively
Strong proficiency in MS Office and good technical skills
Good financial understanding to keep projects on track
Ability to work confidently in a supervisory role and provide expert advice
