- Full time role helping deliver a pipeline of transformational asset management business improvement projectsAn exciting new role for a people person skilled at change management has become available in our Whangarei Electricity Platforms team. We have a number of large projects we need you involved in, including ESRI GIS and Maximo implementations, and re-engineering of our inspection techniques and technologies.About the role:
Reporting to Strategic Initiatives Programme Manager, you'll be working closely with our senior management, asset management staff and contractors, our Project Managers, Analysts and Engineers, to lead change management on our Network Platform systems projects.If you have the right skills and experience, we'd like you to help us 'lift our game' in terms of how we manage change as part of our projects, planning and delivering project change management activities. The role also includes business analysis duties, and creating, maintaining and delivering learning (or overseeing these outcomes).Responsibilities will include:
- Plan and deliver change management activities
- Collaborate with other change managers and stakeholders to develop change practices
- Business Analysis, Requirements and Process Documentation and Testing
- Learning & Development
To be successful in this role, you'll be someone who has experience helping software projects engage with users, and manage organisational changes as the systems are introduced, possibly from a background as an analyst, tester or trainer. Ideally you'll have relevant Change Management qualification (PROSCI or similar), and will have some utilities industry relevant experience.We're looking for an individual who can demonstrate the following:
- 5+ years experience in a similar role and a good understanding of the fundamentals of learning & development
- Excellent spoken and written English, interpersonal skills
- Competent computer user and a confident decision-maker
- Proven ability to interact with stakeholders within projects to ensure project success
- Ability to work with tight deadlines in a cross functional work environmentWhat's in it for you?
