  • Complete all assignments within established timeframes and budgets as set by Directors, adhering to firm policies, CA ANZ standards, and current legislation.
  • Proactively identify current and potential tax, accounting, and broader business issues affecting clients, and deliver effective, practical solutions.
  • Deliver client engagements across a range of areas including:
  • Routine tax matters such as property, structuring, transfer pricing, and global mobility.
  • Tax process management, administration, billing, training, and development of content for technical databases and the firm’s website.
  • Monitor and prioritise workflow to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and present seminars and workshops as required.
  • Foster strong client relationships and involve junior team members where appropriate to support their development.
  • Prepare comprehensive tax reports and formal tax opinions for clients.
  • Review complex tax calculations for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage internal tax training and professional development for team members.
  • Support the tax team in business development efforts, including pitching to and securing new clients.
  • Assist Senior Associates and Directors in client meetings when needed.
  • Write technical and thought leadership articles on behalf of the firm.
  • Lead and manage special projects within the firm.
  • Develop tax tools, templates, and technical resources to support the broader team.
  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing systems, improving procedures, increasing productivity, and elevating client service.
  • Contribute proactively to the organisations strategic direction and long-term vision.
  • Demonstrate and uphold the required competencies as detailed in the firm's Competency Framework
