- Securing project funding through robust business cases and owning governance processes
- Translating business cases and technical requirements into commercially clear Statements of Work (SOWs) alongside Engineering and Product teams
- Working with Product Owners and Technical Leads alongside development teams, responsible for delivering back end front end software changes to our Diverge platform and other systems,
- Managing delivery reporting including project status, risks, issues, and budgets across pipeline, in-progress, and operational activities
- Providing financial reporting and analysis on projects to the Head of Delivery
- A proven track record in implementing software change in SaaS platforms, ideally with experience in AWS, cloud-native, or serverless environments
- At least 5 years of solid experience in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and scaled agile methodologies
- Demonstratable history of managing multiple, concurrent projects with budgets over $1M, while maintaining strong governance and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Strength in stakeholder engagement across complex, matrixed organisations
- A collaborative, “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and experience navigating cross-functional team dynamics
- Natural communication skills, with a track record of leading client-facing meetings, facilitating workshops, and driving action from stakeholders
- Preferred background in Utilities or Telecommunications, with SAP or metering experience an added bonus
- Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirement gathering, SOW and business case definition.
