Originally established as a farm consulting firm, Intelact has grown to deliver a wide range of services including financial planning, feed supply and project management, animal export, and full-scale turnkey dairy developments, both in New Zealand and internationally.Our Te Awamutu warehouse plays a key role in supporting these services and we're now looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team.The OpportunityIn this role, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Te Awamutu Warehouse, supporting inventory control, dispatch, vehicle coordination as well as providing general administrative support to the Intelact team. This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone who is practical, adaptable and who enjoys supporting others.Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack orders for dispatch by 3pm daily
  • Receipt, record and store inwards stock accurately
  • Complete monthly stocktakes and maintain inventory systems
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised and health & safety compliant
  • Maintain pool vehicles, ensuring they're clean, serviced and booked appropriately
  • Manage marketing and field day equipment, storing, cleaning and tracking usage
  • Support office administration including ordering supplies, booking couriers and assisting with events and team onboarding
  • Liaise with external suppliers, landlords and other stakeholders as required
What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or stock control role
  • Strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
  • Forklift licence
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
