Originally established as a farm consulting firm, Intelact has grown to deliver a wide range of services including financial planning, feed supply and project management, animal export, and full-scale turnkey dairy developments, both in New Zealand and internationally.Our Te Awamutu warehouse plays a key role in supporting these services and we're now looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team.The OpportunityIn this role, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Te Awamutu Warehouse, supporting inventory control, dispatch, vehicle coordination as well as providing general administrative support to the Intelact team. This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone who is practical, adaptable and who enjoys supporting others.Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders for dispatch by 3pm daily
- Receipt, record and store inwards stock accurately
- Complete monthly stocktakes and maintain inventory systems
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and health & safety compliant
- Maintain pool vehicles, ensuring they're clean, serviced and booked appropriately
- Manage marketing and field day equipment, storing, cleaning and tracking usage
- Support office administration including ordering supplies, booking couriers and assisting with events and team onboarding
- Liaise with external suppliers, landlords and other stakeholders as required
- Previous experience in a warehouse or stock control role
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
- A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
- Forklift licence
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Clear and professional communication
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
