About the role | Mō te tūranga mahiOur case numbers are increasing, so we are seeking your assistance.As a Level 1 Recovery Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for a caseload of clients who need individual support because of the nature of their injury or needs.In this role you will:

Partner closely with recovering clients and their family, providers, and employers
Communicate by phone, email, or in some cases face to face.
Facilitate a holistic rehabilitation plan to manage any roadblocks to ensure the best possible outcome for recovery
Support your clients in making meaningful progress towards their goals and outcomes

Excellent communication skills: The ability to engage and support clients while explaining complex technical information clearly.
Curious mindset: Eager to learn and apply complex legislation and technical details.
Flexible and adaptable: Strong time management and ability to adjust plans for client needs.
Personal resilience: Support clients in challenging circumstances without taking it home.
Clean New Zealand driver's license: Travel to clients as needed.
Experience in case management or working in the public sector is a bonus but not a requirement!

What can I expect? | He aha taku e tunanako aiThe starting salary for this Level 1 role is $70,000 PLUS a 9% superannuation contribution, and we conduct annual performance reviews linked to pay increases. After working with us for 6 months (training period) , work from home up to 3 days per week (we provide you with the technology to support this)
