- Assist and support the CEO; being his right-hand person, undertaking and managing day-to-day administrative functions allowing him to focus on strategic CEO matters
- Comprehensive diary, email, and travel management
- Prepare and attend meetings, take minutes, follow up action points (board meetings, operations, and senior leadership team meetings)
- Take an active involvement within the business, contributing to discussions and decisions
- Conduct research and analysis specific topics to support strategic discussions
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, communications, documents and board packs
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Event management
- Project work
- Handle confidential information
