People Data & Insights - Reporting Specialist

In this role, you will:
- Be primary point of contact for the organisation for HRIS enquiries around people data & reporting requirements. Cataloguing of reporting requests and their delivery, either manually or via a tool, to ensure we can analyse where our effort is being spent.
- Develop and maintain engaging reports, commentary and dashboards using Power BI (or similar visual reporting toolset)
- Consolidate and prioritise customer requirements into consistent, scalable reporting solutions.
- Translate complex data into meaningful analysis and actionable insights.
- Partner with managers and stakeholders to grow their understanding and confidence in using data.
- Collaborate with the People Data Analyst to ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reporting.

- You’ll gain exposure to the latest thinking in people data, including opportunities to explore AI applications currently under development – exciting times!
- Confident user of SSRS, SQL Server and related database technologies.
- Intermediate/Advanced user of Power BI or other similar visual reporting toolset.
- Skills for turning numbers into narratives that resonate with non-technical audiences.
- Ability to balance stakeholder needs, prioritise effectively, and challenge when required.
- Proven experience driving improvements, demonstrated through curiosity, proactive exploration of data and processes, and the ability to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
