We're looking for a commercially savvy Marketing Lead to join our team on a fixed-term basis while a team member is on parental leave. If you're passionate about marketing (a bonus if that's in the B2B space) and love helping businesses grow their brand and connect with customers in meaningful ways, this role might be just what you’re looking for!Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Leading strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our businesses' brand presence and generate high-quality client and candidate engagements.
- Partnering closely with our recruitment teams and business leaders to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing initiatives.
- Work with the marketing team to execute marketing and talent sourcing initiatives with campaign prioritisation and timely delivery.
- Support online engagement to drive traffic to our websites and build reach through our social media platforms.
- Supporting the development of client proposals and presentations that win business and build long-term relationships.
- Champion best practice marketing, candidate attraction, recruitment methodology and customer engagement.
- Minimum 4 years' proven experience in marketing (experience working in B2B marketing or in a services sector such as a finance, insurance, or real estate would be advantageous).
- A strategic thinker who's confident working across multiple brands and stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of marketing platforms, tools and channels (e.g. email marketing, automation, CRM, social media, the Microsoft Suite, and analytics).
- Someone who's proactive, a solution-seeker, curious, and will champion always looking for smarter ways to connect with job seekers and clients.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team of five that's focused on delivering for our respected businesses.
